Holding a dual registration as counsellor and psychologist with the HPCSA, she has gained experience of working in various educational settings and healthcare facilities since 2017 and is passionate about supporting youth, adults and families in their authentic journeys of growth and reflection.
Her services include: psychoeducational assessments (concessions, scholastic and career), psychotherapy (individuals, families and groups), psychoeducation (learning support and life skills) and workshops. She holds a special interest in neurodiversity, family therapy, resilience training and trauma debriefing. She works in association with a multidisciplinary team in Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
In addition to her one-on-one consultations with individuals, Natalie is committed to empowering students, parents, educators and leaders through workshops and skills training sessions. She emphasises the importance of collaboration and engagement in community initiatives that promote mental health awareness.
Outside of her professional commitments, Natalie enjoys staying updated with the latest research in the fields of educational- and health psychology as well as spending time with her loved ones. She appreciates mindful walks in nature, insightful books, lively jazz music, contemporary dance and quality time with furry friends.
